Ранговая таблица кодов травм и отравлений
Таблицу следует использовать и при выборе «основной» травмы из нескольких травм у погибшего. При этом при двух и более травмах в качестве «основного» состояния и первоначальной причины смерти выбирают ту травму, у которой ранговое число меньше. Если имеются две тяжелые травмы с одинаковым ранговым числом, то выбор «основной» травмы в каждом конкретном случае производится врачом с учетом патогенеза травмы и механизма смерти.
